    LODGING
    $25.00/night -- By 12:00 noon (CST) March 30, 2008
    $45.00/night -- After 12:00 noon (CST) March 30, 2008

    MEALS
    All Meals $59.00 -- Includes meals from Wednesday evening dinner through
    Saturday morning breakfast.
    2 Day Meals $33.00 -- Includes lunch and dinner BOTH Thursday and
    Friday. Breakfast not included.
    U-Pick Meals -- Customize your dining experience, by choosing only
    those meals you wish to eat on campus.
    Breakfast $6.00/meal
    Lunch $8.00/meal
    Dinner $8.00/meal (Wednesday and Thursday only)
    Dinner Banquet $19.00 (Friday)
    No Meals, Thanks!  $0.00 (Still welcome to hear program speakers.)

  4. Then, mail it (and your check) to the address on the form.

    PLEASE NOTE: Allow one week for your registration form to be received before
    contacting Scarritt-Bennett Center about housing requests or special needs. A
